Data Hygge is a London-based enterprise software company that has created technology which can aid businesses with the websites and detect user experience issues, such as a broken image, empty search results, or forms that may confuse the user.
The software can send alerts to clients indicating that there is a user experience issue. Clients can determine the severity of the issue by viewing data which shows now many users are affected by the matter. If the client decides to take action, he/she can escalate issues within the workflow. Once the issue is resolved, it is documented as such and monitored to track if the issue arises again.
Data Hygge can integrate with other tools, such as reviews, help desks, and customer relationship management to observe the user experience. Services can be purchased through various subscription plans and clients must sign up for an account . Technologies used by the software include Viewport Meta, iPhone/mobile device compatible, and Google Font application program interface.
