Carta is solving a problem that has been a thorn in the side of Founders and Investors for years.

Founders want to spend their time on the things that matter in growing their business. Their investors want to them to do the same, and provide perspective at times to help them do so. But, so often both parties are pressed with doing tasks that seem necessary and like they are impossible to delegate.

Carta is allowing the process of cap-tables which can be a stressful process with a lot of paper trail, to be seamless and easy.

Not only is it a win for the founders and investors, but the group you think would be most against it are the lawyers , but they are even in full support because the work Carta is taking away from them is allowing them to do more meaningful work.
