Capitol Casino is a poker room located in Sacramento, California and has been family owned and operated since 1991. The casino is licensed by the California Gambling Control Commission. Clarke Rosa, the owner of the casino, is also the president of the Communities for California Cardrooms, a nonprofit organization
Located in downtown Sacramento, Capitol Casino is over 17,000 square feet including the gaming tables, cafe, and full bar and lounge. The cafe located within the casino, Capitol Cafe and Restaurant, serves traditional American and specialty Asian and European cuisine. There are no slot machines available at Capitol Casino due to California's regulations on private casinos. The casino also prohibits smoking in its facilities.
