First, Cadency uses artificial intelligence to target optimal candidates through advertisements on job sites, social networks, and search engines. Then, the artificial intelligence technology can screen the potential hires using data collected from the submitted application. Cadency can aid employers with the interviewing process by coordinating interviews and structuring them as well for the employer to execute followed by the employer inputting feedback into the platform.
When a company has found its desired candidate, Cadency can then create a contract for the employee and store the information in the cloud-based operating system. If needed for employment purposes, it can also perform background checks, reference checks, and immigration checks.
Cadency also has features to track the work of the contracted employee and complete the billing and payment portion of the contract.
