CSR (company)

CSR (company) is a Cambridge-based organization that operates in the semiconductor, mobile technology, and technology industries. The company was founded by James D. Y. Collier on 1 January 1998.

CSR is listed on the London Stock Exchange and has received a total funding of $18,885,800 through various investments. Their last funding date was on 1 September 2002, in a venture round led by investors Scottish Equity Partners and Intel Capital.

The company was acquired by Qualcomm in a transaction known as the Acquisition of CSR (company) by Qualcomm.
