On September 12, 2017 Buhler Group announced acquiring Haas, an Austrian company making wafer, cookie, and confectionary production systems, for an undisclosed amount of money. At the time of acquisition Haas had 1,750 employees, manufacturing sites in 6 countries, and sales revenue exceeding €300 million.
