Share Investors buy a share of the company that directly owns the properties listed on the platform. Properties include buy to let properties and development properties.
Investors receive a monthly dividend from the rental income of the property.
Loan investors lend their investment to the company that owns the property. Loan investors thereby act as a mortgage lender, meaning that British Pearl does not need to take out a bank mortgage, unlike traditional models of property investment.
Loan interest is accrued daily, and investors receive a monthly fixed interest rate and also have first legal charge over the property.
