The "Ye" bookstore chain has a special concept, a clearly defined position. We stand out among most book chains by promoting Ukrainian products. This position meets the expectations of society, because, according to opinion polls, most Ukrainians prefer Ukrainian-language books.
The Ye Bookstore chain is an incentive not only for the buyer, but also for the Ukrainian publisher, as his books occupy a prominent place here. In this way, Ye Bookstore is fundamentally different from most other book chains in Ukraine, which purposefully promote Russian books.
Openness to other cultures is also very important, as it is a guarantee of access to world-class cutting-edge ideas. That is why the network of bookstores "Ye" seeks to provide a large selection of not only Ukrainian but also foreign books in the original languages.
The first bookstore of the network was opened on December 21, 2007 in Kyiv (Lysenko Street, 3). In less than a year, the bookstore gained a reputation as a store with the largest selection of Ukrainian books, pleasant service (reading places, Wi-Fi), and became known to Kyivites and guests of the capital as a place of cultural meetings - book presentations, round tables, literary readings, children's events. .
At the 15th Publishers' Forum in Lviv (September 2008), Ye Bookstore was recognized as the best bookstore in Ukraine, Bookstore of the Year.
The "Ye" bookstore chain has its own features that are attractive to the buyer:
- the largest selection of Ukrainian books in Ukraine;
- books in foreign languages;
- Department of children's literature (place for games, children's toys);
- specially equipped places for reading;
