AzireVPN

AzireVPN

AzireVPN is a personal virtual private network (VPN) service.

Features

AzireVPN supports the open source tunneling protocol OpenVPN and offers WireGuard servers. Its OpenVPN servers use AES-256 for data encryption.

The service is built and maintained by the Swedish company Netbouncer AB. AzireVPN is notable for claiming to utilize servers without harddisks as well as having hired the creator of WireGuard to write a rootkit-like module.

AzireVPN maintains a custom open source VPN client that supports OpenVPN and is hosted on GitHub under the GPLv2 license. It also hosts its own DNS servers and claims to provide DNSCrypt.

AzireVPN has an official channel on the IRC network Freenode.
