Arroyo Center
Arroyo Center is the United States Army's federally funded research and development center for studies and analysis housed within the RAND Corporation. The Arroyo Center maintains a strategic relationship with independent, nonprofit sources of objective analysis and expertise in domains relevant to perennial Army concerns.
