Arkady Anatolievich Novikov is the founder of the Novikov Group restaurant chain in Russia and abroad, a TV presenter of the culinary shows "Candidate" on TNT, "MasterChef" on STS, twice winner of the "Man of the Year" award according to GQ men's magazine in the "Restaurateur of the Year" category. (in 2004 and 2015).
In 2011, Arkady's empire expanded beyond the country. He opened his flagship restaurant Novikov Berkley with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine in the capital of Foggy Albion. Despite the fact that the reviews in the local press were, to put it mildly, not the best, the businessman's project turned out to be a success. A year later in Chelsea was opened Brompton by Novikov, 7 months later - Rextail on Albemarle Street with the emphasis on meat and fish dishes not tied geographically to a particular country or cuisine.
