The company offers services at two weeks ramp up time, allows companies to scale up and down as they need, and reduces hiring costs. The engineers that Adeva finds are vetted through a four step process, and are trained to the hiring company's tools and processes.
Women empowerment in the workforce is one of Adeva's main missions, as they aim to match the engineers they find with an environment that suits them. The founder, Katerina Trajchevska, was awarded the 2018 Women in Tech Awards in Lisbon.
