AGFUND, or Arab Gulf Programme for Development, is a regional non-profit development organization incubating and financing projects on early childhood education, women empowerment, development of civil society, financial inclusion, and education in 133 countries within Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. The firm is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and was founded in 1980 as an initiative by the HRM Prince Talal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
