Formerly known as Greylock Israel, the venture capital firm was founded on June 30th, 2006. It was originally an affliate of Greylock Partners, the U.S-based venture capital firm, until 2015, when the firm separated from Greylock Partners and changed its name into 83North. The four previous Greylock Israel partners, Laurel Bowden, Arnon Dinur, Gil Goren, Erez Ofer, and Yoram Snir, led the new firm from two main offices: LondonLondon, United Kingdom and Tel Aviv, Israel.
