Founded in 2013 by Nnamdi Okike and Aaron Holiday, 645 Ventures is a New York City, New York based venture capital firm. They invest in early-stage startups in Software-as-a-Service, infrastructure software, consumer technologies, financial software and online marketplaces.
In August of 2018, 645 Ventures announced closed funding for its second fund. Oversubscribed, they raised $40.6 million for the fund. Investors in the fund include Princeton University, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Spelman College, Albert Wenger, Howard Morgan, Ken Chenault and Mellody Hobson.
