10100 (pronounced "ten-one-hundred") entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in CSS (City Storage Systems), which is a holding company focused on redevelopment of "distressed" real estate assets. CSS has focused on areas of parking, retail and industrial and owns companies CloudKitchens and CloudRetail.
In March 2018, 10100 took $150m in funding from Uber founder Travis Kalanick and reported to have 15 employees in total.
Travis Kalanick will be CEO of CSS once the acquisition transaction is complete.
Social capital previously led the round for 10100 when it was previously CEOed by Diego Berdakin.
