Wifire is a brand and registered trademark of Net Buy Net Holding LLC, created in 2014 and combining services that were previously provided under the brands Netbynet, Yugratel, CHEBNET, etc.

The legal name of the company has not changed - Nat Buy Nat Holding LLC. Contracts, terms of service and tariffs for existing customers also remained the same.
