University of Maryland Eastern Shore

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is a public educational institution located in Princess Anne, Maryland, United States. It was founded in 1886 and is part of the University System of Maryland. UMES is an Organization and an Educational Institute. The university has been granted one patent.

UMES is a historically black college and university that operates in the education, higher education, and university sectors. Its motto is "Facta, Non Verba".
