In some embodiments, the fecal management device comprises a sheath having a first end and a second end, a first connector at the first end of the sheath, said first connector comprising a substrate that includes a first adhesive and a second adhesive, the second adhesive disposed relatively outwardly with respect to the first adhesive, the substrate having a multi-lobed contour with two opposing concave regions, a sheath port located at the second end of the sheath, the sheath port configured to removably mate with a collection bag port, and a collection bag, wherein the collection bag includes the collection bag port.
