Roger Zelazny (1937-1995) was an American writer known for his work in the science fiction and fantasy genres. He was born as Roger Joseph Zelazny in Euclid, Ohio, and he held United States citizenship. Zelazny was educated at Euclid High School and later attended Columbia University.
During his career, Zelazny held various occupations such as a writer, novelist, screenwriter, and poet. He was known for using the pseudonym Harrison Denmark. Some of Zelazny's notable works include "The Chronicles of Amber," "Lord of Light," "Unicorn Variations," "A Night in the Lonesome October," "Isle of the Dead," "Eye of Cat," "Doorways in the Sand," and "The Doors of His Face, The Lamps of His Mouth, and Other Stories". Roger Zelazny passed away in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
