Rebellion's Dispatch software is developed for joint operational planning, offering dynamic tasking and planning for time-intensive processes and necessary coordination. The software solution calculates mission objectives, attributes of available assets, and environmental factors to generate optimal plan options and automatically task assets to achieve desired outcomes for the software users. Dispatch was developed in the context of the United States' Department of Defense Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) strategy, which looks to use AI to speed up operation planning and execution.

The Rebellion Nova solution is an automated adversary emulation system that works to deliver an adversarial perspective of target systems and deploys techniques used by advanced persistent threats (APTs) to compromise defense and national security systems. The Nova software uses the MITRE ATT&CK framework with additional threat intelligence to mirror adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures. Further, the software can evolve through running several combinations of procedures in response to a target network to properly and realistically emulate adversary behavior and cyber kill chains. The findings are then mapped to the user's network to identify the crucial parts of that network for a given mission.
