Piero della Francesca

Piero della Francesca (born January 1, 1415) was a mathematician and painter known for his works in religious painting. His notable works include The Baptism of Christ, Brera Madonna, Flagellation of Christ, Madonna del Parto, Madonna di Senigallia, and The Resurrection.

He was born in Sansepolcro, and he was later recognized as a prominent figure in the world of painting and frescoes. Throughout his career, he contributed significantly to the development of his particular genre as an artist and a mathematician.
