Born in the city of Pugachev, Saratov Region. My father instilled a passion for sports. Cyril became interested in sports at the age of 15. At that time, his weight was 72 kilograms, the strength results in the one-rep maximum were: deadlift 110 kg, squats 90 kg and bench press 90 kg. It was in this hall that he was taken under the wing of his first coach. Mikheev Viktor Nikolaevich worked a lot with the future athlete, and as a result, the result was in the bench press without equipment 300 kilograms and 1120 kg in triathlon in the crew. During serious and difficult training, Kirill gained 80 kg of weight. And the progress in strength results was phenomenal and amounted to 260 kg squat, 250 kg deadlift and 260 kg bench press. The bench press without equipment was at that time approximately 205 - 215 kg. This is a real demonstrative option, when fortitude and perseverance give a colossal result. Cyril actively participated in all competitions and gradually took his podium in the sports arena. At the age of 16, he performed in the IPF federation. The athlete trained at that time three times a week. Training was hard, but all this gave visible results. At first I started without equipment, but then I got it, because it was hard to compete with equipped athletes. But despite all this, today Sarychev performs without her. Of course, performing like this is very traumatic and the athlete understands this well.

Strong hands allow you to get good results in armlifting. The size of his biceps is 60 centimeters. Today, Kirill has the best result in the raw (RAW) bench press of 335 kg. And he is the absolute record holder of the World, Europe and Russia in bare bench press in the category over 140 kg. He got his professional start at the Battle of Champions in Arkhangelsk in 2010. In 2011, he won the silver medal in the same tournament. And in 2012 he became a two-time champion. In 2014, he set a world record with a 326 kg bench press. November 22, 2015 Kirill Sarychev sets a new absolute world record in bare bench press 335 kg. Recall that before that, the American Eric Spotto, who shook 327.5 kg on May 19, 2013, was the absolute record holder in this exercise.

In 2011, Boris Ivanovich Sheiko began to train the athlete. He developed a special program for Cyril, which remains a secret for now. At the moment, Sarychev has a huge number of victories, but he is not going to stop there. New achievements are constantly added to the records of his professional activity. He is the SPSS record holder in power biathlon - 690 kg. (310 kg. bench press + 380 kg. deadlift) and the absolute Record holder in the World among Juniors in the bench press. Cyril stands for Arkhangelsk with pride and great willpower.

According to Cyril, he will be in sports as long as his health allows. But if possible, he will always lead an active lifestyle and devote himself entirely to big-time sports. The athlete is still fond of sports cars. He loves fast and beautiful cars, although he himself proudly and confidently drives around the streets in a black Lambo-eight.
