FreeDAO exists to build collaborative tools that engender greater freedoms in human society. We exist to create digital "commons" that can be utlised by as many people as possible to enrich human life in ways that do not yet exist.
Like all Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAOs), FreeDAO is intended to migrate fully the blockchain, and would then have no centralised base of operations. FreeDAO—like the air our ecosystem shares—would then not be registered in any country or jurisdiction and would represent a non-local association of individuals that hold certain digital rights related to FreeDAO.
