Enterprise Equity Limited

Enterprise Equity Limited is a microventure capital firm in Ireland that focuses on providing capital to early stage and expanding businesses throughout Ireland. Founded 1987 in Dundalk, Louth, Ireland, it invests in early stage ventures, seed, series B, series D and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include Spectra7 Microsystems, Phorest, Swrve, and Metabolomic Diagnostics. As of May 2020, Enterprise Equity has made 51 investments. The company has had 15 exits, the most notable of which include Movidius, Spectra7 Microsystems, and StoryToys. With three funds under management, Enterprise Equity has invested in excess of €50m in over 80 companies throughout Ireland, with many of their founders/companies based in or significantly operating from North America and other locations.
