Dorian Yates

Dorian Andrew Mientjez Yates, also known as "The Shadow," was born on April 19, 1962, in Sutton Coldfield, United Kingdom. He is an English retired professional bodybuilder.

Throughout his career, Yates has won numerous awards, including Mr. Olympia from 1992 to 1997. He also won the 1984 Mr. Birmingham Novice, 1991 Night of Champions, 1991 English Grand Prix, 1996 German Grand Prix, and 1996 Spanish Grand Prix competitions, all of which he ranked first .

Yates is married to Glauce "Gal" Ferreira and lives in Marbella. Together, they have two children: a son named Lewis and a daughter named Tahnee.
