Acquisition of Luxtera by Cisco Systems

Cisco Systems completed its acquisition of Luxtera and made an announcement on February 6, 2018. Cisco paid $660 million for the company and had intentions of incorporating Luxtera into its intent-based networking portfolio, spanning enterprise, data center, and service provider markets.
